Who We Are

In 2024 Sculpture in Context was deferred to restructure and secure funding to ensure the future of the exhibition. As part of a legacy programme, Sculpture in Context has been incorporated as a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee. The organisation continues to be run on a pro-bono basis by a committee of practising artists.

The exhibition continues to be self-financing with income from entry fees, commission on sale of work and the sale of our annual catalogue being used to fund the following year’s show. In addition, we rely on funding and in kind support from our main sponsors, the OPW through the National Botanic Gardens. With our awards being funded by our dedicated sponsors. We are not in receipt of any other public funding.
